Overview

Herod AI is a consulting website for Mark Herod. This site is designed to help visitors understand Herod AI services and request an AI Automation Audit.

The site is intentionally lean. It avoids collecting sensitive information unless a visitor chooses to provide details through an approved booking or inquiry workflow.

What information may be collected

Basic scheduling or inquiry details such as name, business email, company, role, website, and a short description of the workflow the visitor wants to discuss.
Standard website access data such as page requests, browser information, and future analytics events once self-hosted Matomo is enabled.

How information is used

To respond to audit requests or follow up on an inquiry.
To understand which pages and calls to action are helping visitors find relevant information.
To improve the clarity, usefulness, and performance of the website over time.

Sensitive information

Please do not submit confidential customer data, passwords, private documents, or sensitive business information through public forms or scheduling tools.

If a deeper discovery process is needed later, secure channels can be discussed directly.

Third-party services

Booking may use a managed scheduling provider selected by Mark Herod. Analytics are planned for a future self-hosted Matomo deployment. Provider choices and data handling details should be reviewed and updated in this policy before those services go live.
